Specific Development Plan No. 18, consisting of <br />the standards and regulations set forth in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, and the Site plan <br />set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein, is hereby approved for the abovedescribed real <br />property. The Clerk of the Council is directed to certify <br />said documents as approved by this council pursuant to this <br />ordinance and to remand them to the custody of the Director <br />of Planning and Development Services. <br /> <br /> 3.
