NS- 1699 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION <br />36-170 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO DELETE WALNUT <br />STREET FROM THE LIST OF TRUCK ROUTES AND ADD SEGERSTROM <br />AVENUE THERETO AND AMEND THE LISTING TO REFER TO MacARTHUR <br />BOULEVARD IN PLACE OF TALBERT AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That section 36-130 of ~the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 36-170. Designated; placing signs. <br /> <br /> The city council designates certain streets <br />or portions thereof as streets, the use of which <br />is permitted by any vehicle exceeding a maximum <br />gross weight of three (3) tons; these streets <br />shall be known as truck routes, and~are described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Seventeenth Street-Westminster Avenue, <br /> all portions within the city. <br /> (2) Fourth Street, all portions within the <br /> city from Grand Avenue, easterly. <br /> (3) First Street, all portions within <br /> · the city. <br /> (4) Edinger Avenue, all portions in the city. <br /> 5 Warner Avenue, all portions in the city. <br /> 6 MacArthur Boulevard, all portions in the <br /> city. <br /> 7 Segerstrom Avenue-Dyer Road, all portions <br /> in the city. <br /> 8 Bristol Street, all portions in the city. <br /> 9 Main Street, all portions in the city. <br /> (10 Standard Avenue, between Warner Avenue and <br /> First Street. <br /> (11 Grand Avenue, all_portions in the city. <br /> (12 Harbor Boulevard, all portions in the city. <br /> (13 Euclid Street, all portions in the city. <br /> (14 Fairview Street, all portions in the city. <br /> (15 Tustin Avenue, all portions in the city. <br /> (16 Memory Lane, all portions in the city from <br /> Bristol, westerly. <br /> <br /> <br />
