NS- 1702 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 221 <br />NORTH MOUNTAIN VIEW STREET FROM THE A1 <br />GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) (SUBURBAN APARTMENT) <br />DISTRICT TO THE R4-PRD - PLANNED RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMEN~ DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 884 has been filed <br />to make certain changes in the zoning district designations of <br />certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended approval of the changes in use <br />district designations as proposed in said Amendment Applicabion; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordinance, <br />has reviewed the initial environmental study (I.S. No.-83-92) <br />prepared for this project, and has approved the Negative Decla- <br />ration for this project based thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear- <br />ing, has determined that the changes in use district designations <br />proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by <br />the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That parcel of real property located generally at <br />221 North Mountain View Street in the City of Santa Ana, and <br />more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4 of Tract No. 978, as per map recorded <br />in Book 32, Page 48, of Miscellaneous Maps, <br />Records of Orange County. <br /> <br /> <br />
