.SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 21 <br /> <br />190/5/vp <br />1/20/84 <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY OF ORDINANCE <br /> <br />The specific development zoning district for' the <br />subject property, as authorized by Chapter 41, <br />Division 26, Sec. 41-593 et seq., of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, is specifically subject to the <br />standards and regulations contained in this plan <br />for the express purpose of establishing land use <br />regulations and standards. All other applicable <br />chapters, articles and sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code shall apply unless expressly waived <br />or superseded by this ordinance. <br /> <br />PURPOSE <br /> <br />The SD #21 development plan consisting of standards <br />and regulations is hereby established for the <br />express purpose of protecting the health, safety <br />and general welfare of the people of the City by <br />promoting and enhancing the value of properties and <br />encouraging orderly development. <br /> <br />USES PERMITTED <br /> <br />The following uses shall be permitted: <br /> <br />Up to three hundred thousand (300,000) square <br />feet of professional and administrative <br />offices [50,000 square feet existing]. <br /> <br />Up to one hundred thirty thousand (130,000) <br />square feet of newspaper plant production <br />facilities [70,000 square feet existing]. <br /> <br />Up to three hundred thousand (300,000) square <br />feet of production support facilities [150,000 <br />square feet existing]. <br /> <br />Up to sixty thousand' (60,000) square feet of <br />office storage facilities [0 square feet <br />existing]. <br /> <br />E. Parking facilities to serve permitted uses. <br /> <br />Equipment and vehicle maintenance accessory to <br />permitted uses. <br /> <br />Microwave transmission devices at ground level <br />or on the roof of each building. <br /> <br /> <br />
