ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1721 <br />PAGE TWENTY <br /> <br />(1) The sign shall not be illuminated. <br /> <br />(2) The sign area shall not exceed 32 square <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br />(3) The sign shall not exceed 12 feet in height. <br /> <br /> (4) No other sign advertising the sale or lease <br />of units of real property shall be installed on the same <br />street frontage of the same site. <br /> <br />(C) New developments <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, <br />a sign advertising the first-time sale or lease of units of <br />real estate within a site which is being or has been newly <br />developed may be installed on such site pursuant to a permit <br />issued pursuant to this Article for a one-year period, sub- <br />ject to renewal for successive one year periods, provided <br />the following standards are met: <br /> <br />(1) The sign shall not be illuminated. <br /> <br />(2 <br /> <br />The sign area shall not exceed 80 square <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br /> (3 The sign shall not exceed 16 feet in height. <br /> <br /> (4 No other sign advertising the sale or lease <br />of units of real estate shall be installed on the same site. <br /> <br />(d) Directional signs <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article <br />or any other provision of this Chapter regulating off-premise <br />advertising signs, a sign providing direction or guidance <br />for pedestrians or motorists to a newly developed site where <br />units of real estate are being offered for sale or lease for <br />the first time may be installed without the necessity of <br />obtaining a permit, subject to the restrictions in Section <br />41-885(b), and provided the following standards are met: <br /> <br /> (1) The sign shall not exceed four square feet in <br />area, <br /> <br /> <br />
