ORDINANCE NO. NS-1722 <br />PAGE SIX <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1113. Other Location Restrictions <br /> <br /> No off-premise commercial advertising sign shall be <br />constructed, relocated or maintained: <br /> <br /> (a) Within seven hundred fifty (750) feet of a <br />freeway right-of-way; or <br /> <br /> (b) Within five hundred (500) feet of a previously <br />constructed off-premise commercial advertising sign located on <br />the same or opposite side of the same street. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1114. Size Restrictions <br /> <br /> No off-premise commercial advertising sign shall be <br />constructed, relocated or maintained unless it complies with <br />the following restrictions: <br /> <br /> (a) The sign shall not exceed thirty-five (35 feet <br />in height. <br /> <br /> (b) The sign face, including all extensions, shall <br />not exceed eight hundred (800) square feet in area. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1115. Visual and Maintenance Standards <br /> <br /> No off-premise commercial advertising sign shall be <br />constructed, relocated or maintained unless it complies with <br />the following requirements: <br /> <br /> (a) The sign structure shall be architecturally <br />treated so as to screen the frame, poles, support structures <br />and lighting from public view. The color and materials of <br />this architectural treatment shall be in conformance with the <br />architectural plan approved pursuant to Division 3 of this Article. <br /> <br /> (b) The sign shall be continuously maintained in an <br />attractive, clean, and safe condition. <br /> <br /> <br />
