ORDINANCE NO. NS-1722 <br />PAGE NINE <br /> <br />necessary to determine whether the sign will or can be made to <br />conform to the requirements of this Article at the location to <br />which it is proposed to be relocated. If the zoning admin- <br />istrator determines such compliance is not possible, he shall <br />so notify the sign owner and need not take any further action <br />on the request. If the zoning administrator determines such <br />compliance is possible, he shall cooperate with the sign owner <br />in the preparation of a mutually agreeable draft relocation <br />agreement. In the event of disagreement between the sign owner <br />and the zoning administrator concerning the proposed terms and <br />conditions of the relocation agreement, the sign owner shall be <br />entitled to have his own draft of the proposed relocation agree- <br />ment submitted to the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1131. Review by the Planning Commission <br /> <br /> Prior to submission of a proposed relocation agreement <br />to the City Council, it shall be submitted to the planning com- <br />mission for review and recommendations. The sign owner shall be <br />given a reasonable opportunity to address the planning com- <br />mission prior to any action being taken by the planning commis- <br />sion on the relocation agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
