A total of five monument signs shall be approved <br />for the site, two identifying the shopping center, the <br />other three identifying the individual freestanding restaurants. <br />Each separate tenant shall be permitted wall or canopy <br />signage. <br /> <br />Architecture <br /> <br />The center will follow an architectural theme for all <br />buildings. Building materials will be either stucco or <br />block with asphalt {wood simulated) shingles. There will <br />be rooftop appurtenances designed on the flat surface of <br />the one story structures. <br /> <br />I.
