Insurance. <br /> <br /> Prior to erection of such stand, the permittee shall <br />procure public liability and property damage insurance covering <br />its operation in and about said stand and premises in such <br />minimum amounts as shall be set by resolution of the city <br />council. The permittee shall file a certificate of such in- <br />surance with the application for permit. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-63. Stand Location on Premises. <br /> <br /> No such stand shall be erected within one hundred <br />(100) feet of any gasoline station or commercial garage nor <br />within forty (40) feet of any structure. Minimum setback from <br />the street curbing shall be ten (10) feet, but no such stand <br />shall be less than six (6) feet back from the inside edge of <br />the sidewalk. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-64. Fire Protection in Stands. <br /> <br /> There shall be maintained within each stand a 2A rated <br />fire extinguisher. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-65. Adult on Duty. <br /> <br /> There shall be at least one person eighteen (18) years <br />of age or older on duty within each stand at all times during <br />the hours the stand is open. No children under the age of eight- <br />een (18) years shall be permitted within the stand at any time. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-66. Sleeping Within the Stands. <br /> <br /> No one shall be allowed to sleep within any fireworks <br />stand at any time. <br /> <br /> <br />
