ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1732 <br />PAGE THIRTEEN <br /> <br />SECTION 22: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-327.5, which <br />said section reads as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-327.5 Uses subject to a conditional use <br /> permit in the LP district. <br /> <br /> The following uses may be permitted in the LP district <br />subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit: <br /> <br /> (a) Churches and accessory church buildings. <br /> <br /> (b) Hospitals and clinics, but excluding mental <br />hospitals. <br /> <br />SECTION 23: That Section 41-343 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-343. Uses permitted in the CD district. <br /> <br /> The following uses are permitted in the CD district: <br /> <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the P district pursuant <br />to section 41-313. <br /> <br /> (b) <br /> <br /> (c) <br /> <br /> (d) <br />with the restrictions and limitations specified for <br />in the R3H district. <br /> <br />Retail and service uses. <br /> <br />Restaurants and cafes. <br /> <br />Multi-Family dwellings, provided they comply <br /> such use <br /> <br />SECTION 24: <br /> <br />Code is hereby <br /> <br /> That Section 41-365 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-365. Uses permitted in the C1 district. <br /> <br />The following uses are permitted in the C1 district: <br /> <br />(a) Retail and service uses. <br /> <br />(b) Professional, administrative and business offices. <br /> <br />(c) Automobile parking lots and parking structures. <br /> <br /> <br />
