Uses permitted in the CR district. <br /> <br />The following uses are permitted in the CR district: <br /> <br />(a) Retail and service uses. <br /> <br />dwellings. <br /> <br />(b) Professional offices. <br /> <br />(c) One-family, two-family, and multiple-family <br /> <br /> (d) Resident managers' offices devoted solely to the <br />rental of dwelling units on the site, provided that said office <br />and surrounding grounds shall retain a residential character if <br />located within residential areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
