ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1748 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> (1) Accessory commercial uses which are <br />necessary yet incidental to any other permitted <br />use under this section; <br /> <br /> (2) Laundry and dry cleaning establishments <br />and dye works; <br /> <br /> (3) Government buildings and public utility <br />buildings and electric distribution and trans- <br />mission substations; <br /> <br /> (4) Research, experimental or study lab- <br />oratories; <br /> <br />(5) Service stations and garages; <br /> <br /> (6) Storage and warehousing, both open and <br />enclosed, except mini-warehouses, and specifically <br />prohibiting wrecking yards, junk yards and salvage <br />yards; <br /> <br />(7) Wholesale distributing plants; <br /> <br />(8) Restaurants and employee cafeterias; <br /> <br />(9) Administrative and professional offices; <br /> <br /> (10) Automobile sales lots, provided that sale <br />of used automobiles is permitted only if incidental <br />and subordinate to sale of new automobiles <br /> <br />SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court <br />or competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would <br />have adopted this Ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the <br />fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, <br />clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or uncon- <br />stitutional. <br /> <br /> <br />
