Contributions required of Public J~ency and its e;ployees shall be paid by Public Agency to the ~etirement System within thirty days after the end of the period to ~hich said contributions refer or es may be prescribed by Board regulation. If ~ore or leas than the cor- rect amount of contributions lo paid for any period, proper adjustment shall be made in connection trlth subsequent remittances, or adjust- ments o~ account of errors in contributions required of any employee may be made by direct cash payments beteeen the -.~ployee end the Board.
