(Subject ~o a~nual <br />change.) <br /> <br />A reasonable amount, as fixed by the Boord~ payable in one <br />stall, est within 60 days of date of contract to cover the costs <br />of administering ~ald System aa it afffecta the employees of <br />Public Agency, not including the costs o~ special valuations or <br />of the periodic investigation and valuations required by laY. <br /> <br />A reasonable amount, 88 fixed by the Board', payable in one <br />atalluent aa the occasions arise, to cover the coots of special <br />valuations on a~count of e~ployeea of Public Agency, and coats of <br />the periodic lnvestigat~on and valuations required by <br /> <br />Contributions required of Public Agency and its employees shall be <br />subject to adjustment by Board on account of amendments to the Public <br />Employees~ Retirement Lac, and on account of the experience under the <br />~etirement System as determined by the periodic investigation end <br />valuation required by said Retirement Law. <br /> <br />Contributions required of Public J~ency and its e;ployees shall be <br />paid by Public Agency to the ~etirement System within thirty days <br />after the end of the period to ~hich said contributions refer or es <br />may be prescribed by Board regulation. If ~ore or leas than the cor- <br />rect amount of contributions lo paid for any period, proper adjustment <br />shall be made in connection trlth subsequent remittances, or adjust- <br />ments o~ account of errors in contributions required of any employee <br />may be made by direct cash payments beteeen the -.~ployee end the Board. <br /> <br /> <br />
