NS-1762 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER <br />OF CHESTNUT AVENUE AND GRAND AVENUE TO THE SD <br />(SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT, EXTENDING <br />SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 16 TO SUCH <br />PROPERTY, AND AMENDING SAID .SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 16. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council by ordinance No. NS-1589, adopted <br />July 6, 1984, approved the reclassification of certain property <br />located generally on the west side of Grand Avenue south of <br />Chestnut Avenue into the SD (Specific Development) District, and <br />approved Specific Development Plan No. 16 for said property.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add certain land to the <br />scope of the said SD District and Specific Development Plan, and <br />to amend said Specific Development Agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Those parcels of real property located generally at <br />the southwest corner of Chestnut Avenue and Grand Avenue in the <br />City of Santa Ana, and more specifically described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference are hereby <br />reclassified from the M1 (Light Industrial) and R1 (Single-family <br />Residence) Districts to the SD (Specific Development) District. <br /> <br /> 2. Specific Development Plan No. 16 is hereby extended to <br />apply to the abovesaid real property, and is amended to read as <br />set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
