SECTION 7 <br /> <br />SECTION 8 <br /> <br />LANDSCAPING - GENERAL <br /> <br />A. Parcel A: <br /> <br /> 1. Landscaping shall be installed in conformance with the <br /> approved site plan. <br /> <br />B. Parcel B: <br /> <br /> 1. Each lot shall have a minimum landscape coverage of <br /> fifteen percent (15%). <br /> <br /> 2. At least 5% of the interior parking lot area for each <br /> building site/development shall be landscaped. <br /> <br /> 3. Landscaping must be provided adjacent to building entries. <br />PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. Parking shall be provided in accordance with municipal code <br /> standards, except as otherwise provided herein. <br /> <br />B. A vehicle overhang of 2½' shall be permitted in non-required <br /> landscaped areas only. <br /> <br />SECTION 9 <br /> <br />SIGNS <br /> <br />Signs shall be constructed/installed in accordance ,.ith <br />Article XI of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, except as otherwise <br />provided herein (a sign program is required for Parcel B). <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />Monument'Signs <br /> <br />1. Parcel A - only one monument sign shall be permitted <br /> which may be located fronting Chestnut Avenue or Grand <br /> Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Parcel B - only one monument sign shall be permitted <br /> which shall be located fronting Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />SECTION 10 <br /> <br />SECTION 11 <br /> <br />PROJECT DESIGN <br /> <br />All buildings on Parcel B shall be architecturally compatible in <br />regard to design and materials. Elevations shall be submitted to <br />and approved by the Planning Department prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />SD DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />All other requirements, including but not limited to parcelization, <br />phasing and plan reviews, shall be as specified in the Santa Aha <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
