NS- 1764 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 19 <br />("FRENCH PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, by Ordinance No. NS-1723, <br />adopted April 2, 1984, rezoned certain real property known gener- <br />ally as the "French Park Historic District" and more specifically <br />described in said ordinance to the SD (Specific Development) Dis- <br />trict and adopted Specific Development Plan No. 19 therefor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend said Specific <br />Development Plan No. 19 to allow for office development on prop- <br />erty located at the southeast corner of Tenth and Spurgeon Streets; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN that Specific Development Plan No. 19, as adopted <br />by Ordinance No. NS-1723, is hereby amended by adding a section, <br />to be numbered 7, which said section reads as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 7. ALTERNATE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> <br />The property designated on Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein, may be developed <br />for professional office uses in accordance with <br />the development standards set forth in Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 4th day of March , 1985. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> c. / <br /> of the Council~ ~ <br /> <br />Daniel E.
