NS-1767 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> (a) The Wall between the parking area and the required <br />landscaped area along Louise Street shall be six (6) feet high. <br /> <br /> (b) There shall be only one driveway for vehicular <br />ingress or egress between the parking area and Louise Street, <br />and a sign shall be maintained which restricts traffic exiting <br />onto Louise Street to left turn only. <br /> <br /> 3.
