NS-1772 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />300 NORTH JACKSON STREET FROM THE O <br />(OPEN SPACE) DISTRICT TO THE R2-PRD <br />(MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE - PLANNED <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, Amendment Application No. 916 has been filed <br />to make certain changes in the zoning district designations of <br />certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended approval of the changes in use <br />district designations as proposed in said Amendment Application; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordinance, <br />has reviewed the initial environmental study prepared for this <br />project, and has approved the Negative Declaration for this <br />project based thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear- <br />ing, has determined that the changes in use district designations <br />proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by <br />the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA <br /> <br /> 1. That parcel of real property located generally at 300 <br />North Jackson Street in the City of Santa Ana, and more specif- <br />ically described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 145 feet of the South 150 feet of <br />the North half of Lot 1 in Tract No. 937, <br />as per map thereof recorded in Book 32, <br />page 46 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of <br />Orange County, California; <br /> <br /> <br />
