Tank Removal <br /> <br />1 to 3 tanks $25.00 <br />Each additional tank 10.00 <br />Field Inspection - first 3 hours 50.00 <br /> Each additional hour or 25.00 <br /> fraction thereof <br /> <br />Annual Permit/I~spection <br /> Flammable Liquids 1-3 tanks 45.00 <br /> Each additional tank 15.00 <br /> Hazardous Chemicals - 75.00 <br /> first tank <br /> Each additional tank 25.00 <br /> <br />Inspection(s) Resulting from <br /> leaks or Unauthorized Discharge. <br /> First 3 hours <br /> Each additional hour or <br /> fraction thereof <br /> <br />50.00 <br />25.00 <br /> <br /> (b) The State surcharge shall be equal to the amount <br />determined annually by the State Legislature pursuant to Section <br />25287(b) of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California. <br /> <br />SECTION 6: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court or <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would <br />have adopted this Ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the <br />fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences <br />clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or uncon- <br />stitutional. <br /> <br /> <br />
