REL:jd <br />6/3/85 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1786 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2400 MONTE VISTA AVENUE FROM THE R2 <br />(MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT <br />TO THE R2-PRD (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESI- <br />DENCE - PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 929 has been filed <br />to make a certain change in the zoning district designation of <br />certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended approval of the change in use <br />district designation as proposed in said Amendment Application; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordi- <br />nance, has reviewed the initial environmental study prepared <br />for this project, and has approved the Negative Declaration for <br />this project based thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear- <br />ing, has determined that the change in use district designation <br />proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by <br />the public necessity, convenience and general welfre; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOREw THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />2400 Monte vista Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, and more <br />ically described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of the North 200 feet of Lot 18 of <br /> a re-plat of Santa Ana Acres, in the Rancho San- <br /> tiago de Santa Ana County of Orange, shown as <br /> Parcel 2 on a Parcel Map recorded in book 146 <br /> page 29 of Parcel Maps, records of Orange County, <br /> California; <br /> <br />That parcel of real property located generally at <br /> specif- <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R2 (Multiple Family Residence) to <br />the R2 - PRD (Multiple Family Residence - Planned Residential De- <br />velopment) District. <br /> <br /> <br />
