The <br />key override shall be mastered to both Fire Department and <br />Police Department keys. <br /> <br /> (r) Ail skylights on the roof of any residential struc- <br />ture shall be provided with rated burglary resistant glazing. <br /> <br /> (s) Passenger elevators, the interiors of which are not <br />completely visible when car door(s) is open, shall have mirrors <br />so placed as to make visible the whole of the elevator interior <br />to prospective passengers outside the elevator. <br /> <br /> (t) Whenever a mail slot is located within forty (40) <br />inches of the primary locking device on any exterior door, it <br />shall be covered by an interior hood which will discourage <br />manipulation of the primary locking device. <br /> <br /> (u) All exterior block wall fencing of multiple-family <br />dwelling complexes shall have intervals providing visibility <br />corridors, which will allow visibility of the interior from <br />outside the wall, and these visibility corridors shall be <br />placed at regular intervals. These will be required on the <br />side facing the street only. <br /> <br /> (v) Permanently affixed ladders leading to roofs shall <br />be fully enclosed with sheet metal to a height of ten (10) feet. <br />This covering shall be locked against the ladder with a case <br />hardened hasp, secured with non-removable screws or bolts and <br />a padlock with a minimum 3/8 inch hardened steel shackle, <br />locking at'both heel and toe, and a minimum five (5) pin tumbler <br />operation with non-removable key when in an unlocked position. <br />Hinges on the cover will be provided with non-removable pins <br />when using pin type hinges. <br /> <br /> <br />
