California Government Code Sections 65864-65869.5 <br />the City to enter into binding development agreements <br /> <br />with persons having legal or equitable interests in real property <br />for the development of such property. <br /> <br /> B. Pursuant to California Government Code Section <br />65865, the City has adopted its Resolution No. 82-98, establish- <br />ing procedures and requirements for consideration of such devel- <br />opment agreements. <br /> <br /> C. SFLI is the owner of real property within the <br />jurisdiction of the City and has requested the City to enter <br />into a development agreement concerning such real property. <br /> <br /> <br />
