NS- 1805 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> (6) The place of public assembly to which the sign <br />pertains shall be classified as Group A with an occupancy <br />load of at least 50 persons under the Building Code of <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> (7) The sign shall comply with the regulations issued <br />by the Executive Director of the Public Services Agency <br />pursuant to subsection (b) of this section. <br /> <br />is <br /> <br /> (b) The Executive Director of the Public Services Agency <br />further authorized to: <br /> <br /> (1) Issue regulations governing the size, shape, <br />color, materials and location of signs to be installed <br />pursuant to this section and the procedures for applica- <br />tions for such signs. <br /> <br /> (2) Relocate any sign as necessary to accommodate <br />the public use of the public right-of-way. <br /> <br /> (3) Remove any sign which n° longer serves the <br />purpose for which it was installed or upon the failure <br />of the responsible organization to pay amounts due to <br />the City pursuant to subsection (a) of this section. <br /> <br /> (c) Each application for a sign pursuant to this section <br />shall be accompanied by an application fee in an amount estab- <br />lished by resolution of the City Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Until such time as otherwise established by <br />resolution of the City Council, the application fee for a <br />directional sign to be installed pursuant to Section 33-10 <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code shall be $52.50. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court <br />or competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
