NS-1820 <br /> <br /> ~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> ~ REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> ~102-116 SOUTH BIRCH STREET FROM THE C1 <br /> . ~(COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) AND P (PROFESSIONAL) <br /> ~ISTRICTS TO THE R3H (HIGH-DENSITY MULTIPLE- <br /> ~ILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT <br /> \ <br /> WHEREAS, A~nendment Application No. 938 has been filed <br /> to make a certain ch~ge in the zoning district designation of <br /> certain real property,s hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after duly noticed <br /> public hearing, has recommended approval of the change in use <br /> district designation as proposed in said Amendment Application; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council~, ~rior to adopting this ordinance, <br /> has reviewed the initial ~ntal study prepared for this <br /> project, and has approved the Nec ive Declaration for this <br /> project based thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, <br />lng, has determined that the change in <br />proposed in the abovesaid Amendment <br />the public necessity, convenience and <br /> <br /> noticed public hear- <br /> district designation <br />:ation is justified by <br /> welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />THE CITY OF SANTA <br /> <br /> 1.
