The plan is to in- <br />vestigate all reasonable parking scenar- <br />ios or situations that may transpire on <br />the project; i.e., numbers of tenants, <br />bedrooms, vehicles and shall establish <br />procedures for the complete use of park- <br />ing provided. Overparked mitigation <br />measures are to be discussed. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Simply restating parking provided <br />and required numbers is not suffi- <br />cient. <br /> <br />Dedicate First Street adjacent to the Santa <br />Aha River, the land lying southerly of a line <br />on a diagonal starting fifty feet from the <br />centerline of First Street and three hundred <br />seventy feet easterly of the centerline of <br />Susan:.
