NS- 1829 <br />Page five <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: If any action, sentence, clause or phrase <br />of this Ordinance is, for any reason, held by a court Of compe- <br />tent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it <br />would have passed and does hereby pass this section <br />and each sentence, section, clause and phrase hereof, irrespec- <br />tive of the fact that any one or more sections, sentences, <br />clauses or phrases be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 20th day of January , 1986. <br /> <br />Daniel E.
