REL :adg-24 <br />1/7/86 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1833 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTION 41-617(mm) OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE <br />THE OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br />FOR AUTOMOBILE REPAIR SHOPS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That Section 41-617(mm) of <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br /> <br />the Santa Ana Municipal <br /> <br />Sec. 41-617(mm). Auto repair shops. <br /> <br /> One parking stall for each two hundred (200) square <br />feet of gross floor area shall be provided for automobile repair <br />shops. Each work bay shall be deemed a parkinG stall for purposes <br />of this section. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court <br />or competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity, of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would <br />have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence~ ~ause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the <br />fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, <br />clauses, ~hrases, or portions be declared invalid or uncon- <br />stitutional. <br /> <br /> <br />
