ORDINANCE NO. NS-]843 <br /> <br /> Sec.~-492. Dissolution of Permit Parking Districts. <br /> The ~ity Council may, by resolution, terminate and dissolve <br /> any previ~ly established Permit Parking District. <br /> Sec. 36-493. N~nal provisions. <br /> <br /> (a) Unless ~empted by the provisions of this Article, <br /> no person shall stand or park a motor vehicle in any Permit <br /> Parking District in,violation of any parking restrictions <br /> established pursuant~o this Article. <br /> <br /> ~ (b)- No person shal~ falsely represent himSelf or her- . <br /> self as eligible for a p~rkinG permit or furnish false in- <br /> formation to the Director~r his representatives in an <br /> application for a parking ~rmit. <br /> <br /> (c) No person who has be~n issued a parking permit <br /> shall thereafter allow the use~hereof by any other person. <br /> ~uSOn~eSr~eaill copy~ pf~duce~.create or use any <br /> <br /> SEC~ection, subsection~ sentence, clause, <br />phr~is ordinance is for ~ reason held to <br /> <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the of any court <br />or competent jurisdiction, such decision shal not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this ance.
