NS-1854 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />400-410 NORTH GRAND AVENUE FROM THE R3 <br />(MULTIPLE FAMILY) AND C2 (GENERAL <br />COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS TO THE C5 (ARTERIAL <br />COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 957 has been filed to <br />make a certain change in the zoning district designation of <br />certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordinance, <br />has reviewed the initial environmental study prepared for <br />this project, and has approved the Negative Declaration for this <br />project based thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing, <br />has determined that the change in use district designation <br />proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified <br />by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That parcel of real property located generally at <br />400-410 North Grand Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, and more <br />specifically located as set forth in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclas- <br />sified from the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residence) and C-2 (General <br />Commerial) Districts to the C-5 (Arterial Commercial) District. <br /> <br /> 2. An amended Sectional District Map No. 7-5-9 showing <br />the above described change in use district designation is <br />hereby adopted. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 7th day of 3uly , 1986. <br /> <br />Daniel E.
