Ns-l~5 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 40 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, on <br />April 7, 1986, by its Ordinance No. NS-1842, adopted Specific <br />Development Plan No. 40 for that area of the City of Santa <br />Ana between First Street and McFadden Avenue on the north and <br />south and Flower Street and Sycamore Street on the west and <br />east, commonly referred to as "Heninger Park"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended approval of certain amendments <br />to said Specific Development Plan No. 40 as hereinafter set <br />forth; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Specific Development Plan No. 40 is amended by <br />deleting therefrom the sentence which reads "1. The owner <br />must give the City Planning Department a written 30-day Notice <br />of Intent to Demolish." and substituting in place thereof the <br />following sentence: "1. The owner must give the City Planning <br />Department a written 60-day Notice of Intent to Demolish." <br /> <br /> 2.
