NS-1860 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 41-368, 41-369, 41-416, <br />41-427, 41-524, 41-615, 41-618, 41-623, <br />AND 41-1003, ADDING SECTIONS 41-372, <br />41-373 AND 41-384 AND REPEALING SECTIONS <br />41-525 AND 41-526, TO REVISE THE YARD, <br />LANDSCAPING, OFF-STREET PARKING, AND <br />SIGN STANDARDS APPLICABLE TO COMMERCIAL <br />DEVELOPMENTS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That Section 41-368 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-368. Front yard requirements <br /> in the C1 District. <br /> <br /> There shall be a front yard of not less than fifteen <br />(15) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That Section 41-369 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-369. Side yard and building setback <br /> requirements in the C1 District. <br /> <br /> There are no side yard requirements except that on corner <br />lots the side adjacent to a street shall have a side yard of <br />not less than fifteen (15) feet. However, no part of a build- <br />ing above the first fifteen (15) feet in height may be located <br />within twenty (20) feet of the vertical plane of a side lot <br />line if the lot is contiguous to residentially zoned or used <br />property on such side. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-372, which said <br />section reads as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-372. Landscaping requirements in the <br /> C1 District. <br /> <br /> (a) A landscaped area not less than fifteen (15) feet <br />wide shall be maintained along any property line to the ex- <br />tent it abuts a street, except at approved driveways. <br /> <br /> <br />
