NS-]863 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />NO. 37 AND REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 404 EAST FOURTH STREET FROM THE <br />SD (SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT <br />TO THE C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />on January 20, 1986, by Ordinance No. NS-1830, rezoned certain <br />property located east of French Street between Third and Fourth <br />Streets to the SD (Specific Development) District and adopted <br />Specific Development Plan No. 37 for said property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana, after duly noticed public hearing has recommended <br />certain amendments to Specific Development Plan No. 37 and the <br />rezoning of the property located at 404 East Fourth Street from <br />the SD (Specific Development) district to the C2 (General <br />Commercial) district; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Specific Development Plan No. 37 is hereby amended <br />to read as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incor- <br />porated herein by reference. Said Specific Development Plan <br />No. 37 applies to the real property designated on Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain real property located generally at 404 <br />East Fourth Street and more specifically located as set forth <br />in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby <br />reclassified from the SD (Specific Development) district to the <br />C2 (General Commercial) district. <br /> <br /> <br />
