Trees <br />in lieu of street trees are <br />to be planted on-site giving <br />an aesthetically pleasing <br />appearance. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Construct ornamental street <br />lighting with underground <br />power distribution. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Remove and reconstruct pav- <br />ing adjacent to the new <br />gutter, spandrel and x-gut- <br />ter as necessary and to the <br />centerline of the street in <br /> <br /> <br />
