ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />NS-1880 <br /> <br />REL: adg-7 <br />9/23/86 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN NO. 20 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />on April 2, 1984, by its Ordinance No. NS-1724, adopted Specific <br />Development Plan No. 20 for that area of the City of Santa Ana <br />located on the north side of Civic Center Drive West between <br />Louise Street and Flower Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended approval of a certain amendment <br />to said Specific Development Plan No. 20 as hereinafter set forth; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN that Paragraph D of Section 5 of Specific Devel- <br />opment Plan No. 20 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "D. Buffer yard - For all non-residential devel- <br />opment, there shall be a landscaped buffer yard of not less than <br />15 feet along any property line adjacent to property which is <br />either zoned R1 or is developed as a single family residence. <br />All required buffer yards shall be landscaped with the following <br />plantings~ two 24' box trees, three 15 gallon trees for each 30 <br />feet of yard. Vertical plantings and shrubbery which act as a <br />buffer shall be emphasized.
