Pay costs of water service, water meter and <br /> Fire Protection Facilities installations. <br /> <br />If public water and sewer systems are desired, <br />the developer shall provide 28 foot minimum <br />curb to curb width, vertically curbed, private <br />streets in conformance with S.A.}~.C. 34-165. <br /> <br />Dedicate 28 foot minimum width exclusive <br />underground,-nonexclusive surface easements or <br />as required by the Utilities Agency for Public <br />Utility purposes to the City of Santa Ama. <br /> <br /> <br />
