REL :adg-24 <br />12/3/ 86 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1887 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 19 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, on <br />April 2, 1984, by its Ordinance No. NS-1723, adopted Specific <br />Development Plan No. 19 for that area of the City of Santa Ana <br />known as "French Park," which plan has been subsequently amended <br />by Ordinance No. NS-1764, adopted March 4, 1985; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended approval of a certain additional <br />amendment to said Specific Development Plan No. 19 as herein- <br />after set forth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That Specific Development Plan No. 19 is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 8, which said section <br />reads as follows: <br /> <br />Section 8. PROPERTY AT 710 - 714 N. SPURGEON STREET <br /> <br /> The parcels located at 710 and 714 North Spurgeon Street <br />may be used for professional offices (as specified in Section 3D) <br />provided development is limited to the renovation of existing <br />buildings on the parcels for office use and that plans for such <br />renovation are approved by the Planning Commission and by the <br />Historic French Park Association as providing for architectural <br />compatibility with other buildings in the neighborhood. <br /> <br /> <br />
