NS-]897 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN <br />THE "LOGAN AREA" FROM THE R2-X-AND <br />M2-X DISTRICTS TO THE R2 AND M2 <br />DISTRICTS AND DELETING THE "X-SUFFIX" <br />ZONING REGULATIONS FROM THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 983 has been filed <br />to make a certain change in the zoning district designations of <br />certain real property! as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended approval of the changes in use <br />district designations as proposed in said Amendment Application; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing, <br />has determined that the changes in use district designations pro- <br />posed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by the <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: Those parcels of real property located in the <br />"Logan Area" of the City of Santa Ana and more specifically <br />located as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and in- <br />corporated herein by reference, are hereby reclassified from <br />the R2-X District to the R2 District. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Those parcels of real property located in the <br />"Logan Area" of the City of Santa Ana and more specifically <br />located as set forth in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and in- <br />corporated herein, are hereby reclassified from the M2-X <br />District to the M2 District. <br /> <br /> <br />
