ORDINANCE NO. NS-1917 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> to agreements between occupants and the city's refuse <br /> collection contractor by which bin containers suitable for <br /> mechanical unloading are rented to the occupants. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 16-29.5, which said <br />section reads as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 16-29.5. Exclusions from "refuse". <br /> <br /> The following items are not "refuse" for purposes of this <br />article: <br /> <br /> A flammable waste. <br /> <br /> A containerized waste (e.g., a drum, barrel, portable <br /> tank, box, pail, etc.). <br /> <br /> A waste transported in a bulk tanker. <br /> <br /> A liquid waste. <br /> <br /> A sludge waste. <br /> <br /> A waste from an industrial process. <br /> <br /> A waste from a pollution control process. <br /> <br /> Residue and debris from the cleanup of a spill or <br /> release of chemical substances, commercial products <br /> or any other special wastes. <br /> <br /> Contaminated soil, waste, residue, debris and articles <br /> from the cleanup of a site or facility formerly used <br /> for the generation, storage, treatment, recycling, <br /> reclamation or disposal of any other special wastes. <br /> <br /> Dead animals. <br /> <br /> Manure. <br /> <br /> Sewage waste. <br /> <br /> Waste water. <br /> <br /> Explosive substance. <br /> <br /> Radioactive materials. <br /> <br /> <br />
