NS-1934 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />that sale of used automobiles is permitted <br />only if incidental and subordinate to the <br />sale of new automobiles. <br /> <br />(k) <br /> <br />Laundry and dry cleaning establishments in <br />conjunction with plant operation for such <br />establishment on the premises. <br /> <br />(1) Non-freestanding restaurants with a total <br /> floor area no larger than 2000 sq. ft. <br /> <br />(m) <br /> <br />Research, experimental or study laboratories <br />that do not generate hazardous waste materials. <br /> <br />(n) Service stations and garages. <br /> <br />(o) Equipment sales and rental. <br /> <br />(p) Movie, photography and musical studios which <br /> do not involve any sales. <br /> <br />(q) Sale of bulk products that are a minimum size <br /> of 25 cubic feet packaged. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That section 41-472.5 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-472.5. Uses subject to a conditional use permit in <br /> the M1 district. <br /> <br /> The following uses may be permitted in the Mi district <br />subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Any use which is or may be permitted in the C2 <br />district pursuant to section 41-377 or section <br />41-377.5, and which is not listed in section <br />41-472. <br /> <br />(b) Storage or temporary location of new or used <br /> buildings or houses. <br /> <br />SECTION 3~ If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would <br />have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that <br />any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, <br /> <br /> <br />
