DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br />The following definitions shall apply to <br />definitions between the Specific Development Plan <br />definitions shall apply: <br /> <br />Floor Area: <br /> <br />Specific Development Plan No. 43. Where <br /> and City Zoning conflict, the below <br /> <br />Floor area means the total floor area included within the outer walls of a building. <br /> <br />ODen Space <br /> <br />Areas private or held in common within the MacArthur Place District Center which by <br />intent and design are available for active or passive recreational opportunities. <br /> <br />Side and Front of Corner Lots: <br /> <br />For the purpose of this ordinance, the narrowest frontage of a lot facing the street is the <br />front, and the longest frontage facing the intersecting street is the side, irrespective of the <br />direction in which structures face. <br /> <br />Any structure, device, or contrivance, electric or non-electric and all parts thereof which are <br />erected or used for advertising purposes upon or within which any poster, bill, bulletin, <br />printing, lettering, painting, device or other advertising of any kind whatsoever is used, <br />placed, posted, tacked, nailed, pasted or otherwise fastened or affixed. <br /> <br />Streets - Dedicated and Private: <br /> <br />Reference to all streets or rights-of-way within this ordinance shall mean dedicated <br />vehicular rights-of-way. <br /> <br />Cultural Uses <br /> <br />Cultural uses include museums, visual performing arts center, and other similar uses. <br /> <br /> <br />
