Dwelling units in this zone must be not less than four hundred fifty (450) <br />square feet for a bachelor or zero (0) bedroom unit, five hundred fifty <br />(550) square feet for a one (1) bedroom unit, seven hundred fifty (750) <br />square feet for a two (2) bedroom unit, and nine hundred fifty (950) square <br />feet for three (3) bedroom units. <br /> <br />A minimum of 2.0 off-street parking spaces per unit shall be required for <br />bachelor units. 2.3 off street parking spaces are required for two bedroom units <br />and 2.5 off-street parking spaces shall be required for 3 or more bedroom units. <br />I parking space must be covered.
