VII. SIGNS <br /> <br />INTENT <br /> <br />Intent nad Purpose. The purpose of this section is to describe permitted sign types and <br />provide minimum standards for signs within the MACARTHUR PLACE Specific Devel- <br />opment Plan. Components' of the MACARTHUR PLACE include identity signage, <br />major entry signage, block signage, and center wide directional signage, which may <br />occur within or adjacent to the MACARTHUR PLACE District Center. <br /> <br />2. SIGN TYPES <br /> <br />Protect/Bulldinu Identification Sinns: Project/Building identification signs identify <br />the development of major buildings. These signs are to be sited at locations along <br />major street frontages and/or at entrance drive locations related to the project <br />area. <br /> <br /> il in r i n . Building address signs identify the building address. These <br />signs will be located on or adjacent to each building at areas visible to vehicular <br />and pedestrian traffic. Building address numerals shall be of a form consistent <br />with surrounding identification signing. <br /> <br />c. Tenant Identification $1ans. Tenant identification signs are divided into three (3) <br /> categories which are: <br /> <br />1. Regular Tenant <br /> <br />2. Major Tenant <br /> <br />3. Special Category <br /> <br />Tenant signs are located on or adjacent to the building, near the tenant space <br />and/or entry when applicable. These signs are to be scaled for pedestrian and <br />vehicle recognition. <br /> <br />d. Vehicular/Pedestrian Directional Slnns. Vehicular/directional signs are to be located <br /> as to direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic within the project. <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> <br />
