Free Standing Tenant Identification Signs <br /> <br />Ground signs shall not exceed four (4) feet above grade in height or more than <br />one and one-half (1-1/2) square feet in area for each foot of lineal frontage of <br />the building. However, no sign shall exceed two hundred (200) square feet in <br />area with each side 'being one hundred (100) square feet per face (two-face <br />maximum). <br /> <br />Multi tenant building shall not be allowed a ground sign, however, one building <br />name ground sign will be allowed. <br /> <br />3. £very lot shall be restricted to one (1) ground sign. <br /> <br />d. All ground signs shall have a minimum setback of twelve (12) feet from the curb. <br /> <br />5. No ground sign shall be within one hundred (I00) feet of another. <br /> <br />C. Temporary Identification Signs <br /> <br />Sale or Lease Sign: One sign not to exceed fifteen (15) square feet in area <br />advertising the sale, lease, or hire of the site will be allowed. <br /> <br />Construction Sign: One sign not to exceed thirty-two (32) feet in area denoting <br />the architects, engineers, contractor, and other related subjects will be allowed at <br />commencement of construction. Said sign will be removed at the time the building <br />is fit for occupancy. <br /> <br />Temporary Future Tenant Sign: One sign allowing the identification of future <br />tenants and other persons will be allowed. Such signs shall not exceed twenty (20) <br />square feet in area. <br /> <br />D. Materials <br /> <br />I. Repair and maintenance of all wall mounted and/or free standing tenant identifica- <br /> tion signs are the direct responsibility of the tenant. <br /> <br />LIGHTING GUIDELINES <br /> <br />Objectives <br /> <br />1.
