NS- 1971 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTION 2-100 OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE TIME OF <br />COMMENCEMENT OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />that section 2-100 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 2-100. Council meetings, time and place. <br /> <br /> Regular meetings of the city council shall be held <br />at the hour of 4:00 p.m. on the first and third Mondays <br />of each month. At a time determined by the council, <br />said Monday meetings shall be recessed until 7:00 p.m. of <br />the same day, at which hour the council shall reconvene. <br /> <br /> Council meetings shall be convened on the fourth <br />floor of the city hall, Santa Ana, California, and all <br />meetings shall be opened therein, and thereafter convened <br />in the council chambers in city hall, but may adjourn to <br />such other place or places as the council may order. If, <br />by reason of damage, repair, or alteration of the struc- <br />ture, or other emergency, said place is determined to be <br />unsafe, meetings may be held for the duration of the <br />emergency at such place as may be determined by the mayor <br />or four (4) members of the council. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this ]5th day of August , <br /> <br /> ATTEST .' <br /> <br />//J_a~ice C~.
