ORDINANCE NO. NS-1985 (g) Human Relations Commission, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per meeting, one (1) meeting maximum per month, provided, however, one (1) additional meet- ing per month is authorized if an additional neighbor- hood mediation meeting is necessary. (h) Housing Advisory Commission, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per meeting, one (1) meeting maximum per month. (i) Library Board, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00 per meeting, one (1) meeting maximum per month. (j) Transportation Advisory Board, Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per meeting, one (1) meeting maximum per month. SECTION 2: Any resolution or ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, including, without limita- tion, any ordinance adopting any budget, which is incon- sistent with this ordinance or relate to the subject matter of this ordinance is hereby repealed. SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentnces, clauses, phrases or portions be declared invalid or unconsti- tutional.
