NS-1969 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2402 SOUTH BRISTOL STREET FROM THE C4 <br />(PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER) DISTRICT TO <br />THE C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 1013 has been <br />filed to make a certain change in the zoning district designa- <br />tion of certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordi- <br />nance, has reviewed the initial environmental study prepared <br />for this project, and has approved the Negative Declaration <br />for this project based thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public <br />hearing has determined that the changes in use district desig- <br />nation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is <br />justified by the public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That parcel of real property located generally at <br />2402 South Bristol Street in the City of Santa Ana, and more <br />specifically located as set forth in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassi- <br />fied from the C4 (Planned Shopping Center) District to the C2 <br /> General Commercial) District. <br /> <br /> 2. An amended Sectional District Map number 26-5-10 show- <br />lng the above described change in use district designation <br />is hereby adopted. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of December , 1988. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~a~ice C.
