"Professions. 1 Corporation" shall mean any ¢

<br />upon real property for commercial, industria]

<br />developing it for his or her own use.

<br /> "Recreational Services" shall mean any pert
<br />business of providing facilities for recreat:
<br />services to .i~.clude but not be limited to: ~
<br />arcades, bowling alleys, driving ranges, golJ
<br />miniature), motion picture theaters %includi~
<br />halls (including billiards and snooker), rid:
<br />rinks, social clubs, sports clubs (including
<br />and conditioning gyms), swimming pools, and
<br />clubs.

<br /> "Rental Of Commercial Real Estate" shall
