NS-200~ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA IANA ADOPTING <br /> SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 51 FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 3401 SOUTH GR55N¥ILLE 51RES/ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 11024 has been filed <br />to adopt Specific Development Plan No. 51 forI certain property <br />located generally at 3401 South Greenville Stlreet and more specifi- <br />cally located as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incor- <br />porated herein, (the "subject property"), which subject property <br />is located in the SD (Specific Development) Diistrict; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, a~ter duly noticed <br />public hearing, has recommended the adoption Qf Specific Develop- <br />ment Plan No. 51 for the subject property; an~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly nbticed public hearing, <br />has determined that the approval of Specific Development Plan No. <br />51 is justified by the public necessity, convenience and general <br />welfare; ~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Specific Development Plan No. 51, as <br />Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated h~rein, <br />proved and adopted for the subject property. ~ <br /> <br />set forth in <br />is hereby ap- <br /> <br /> 2.
