NS-2D09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING DIVISION ELEVEN SECTIONS 2-660 AND 2-661 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNI- CIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE COMMUN- ITY CABLE CITIZENS BOARD. DMF:mb(36 ) 4/6/89 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AS FOLLOWS: DOES ORDAIN SECTION 1: That Division 11 of Article the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby ame of Chapter 2 of to read as follows: DIVISION 11. CABLE TELEVISION BOARD Sec. 2-660. Establishment of c~ television advisory board. There is hereby establis the cable television advisory board of the City of having such powers as set forth in this cable television advisory board shall consist of se who shall be subject to appointment and ~d shall serve terms in accordance with section 901 Charter of the City of Santa Ana. Sec. 2-661. (4) It shall hear and resolve controversies between complaining persons and any cable television fran- chisees which cannot be resolved between the com- plaining person and the franchisee.
