Beer shall not be sold during the final two hours <br />of any event having a scheduled closing time, or, in other <br />cases, after such time as may be set by the Executive <br />Director of Recreation and Community Services or his or <br />her designated representative. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by ~~ion of any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such deadfall\ not affect the <br />validity of the remainin~.q~Tions~h~s ~rdinance.
